The galley style kitchen has a breakfast nook. The main level bedroom is next to a full bath. The second story is set up for guest quarters with family room, bedroom with balcony access, 3/4 bath and a large bonus room for hobbies or game area. Features include a natural stone fireplace, knotty pine plank floors, tongue in groove pine walls, soaring open beam ceilings, wrap around decking, new plumbing and electrical wiring in 2018, new furnace in 2016, and the cabin comes furnished. The cabin is situated at the edge of the forest overlooking the meadow where the creek flows through the valley.

Outbuildings: A detached two car garage is built into the hillside with a berm-like construction. Also has a shed for firewood storage.

Water:  A water well reported to be 80 feet deep supplies water to the cabin. The stream is a natural water source for area wildlife.

Wildlife & Recreation:  This locale is in the middle of year-round Black Hills recreation. Access & Location:  From Beaver Creek Road the property is accessed via a private access easement on Parmlee Canyon Road, then Beaver Trail Road, with some portions of the roads being graveled and some portions being a two-track dirt trail. The access easement is shared with several other area properties. There is not a maintenance or snow removal agreement for the road. Beaver Trail Road runs through the property and provides access to other neighboring lands. From the property it is 1.5 miles to Beaver Creek Road, which is a county-maintained gravel road, then another 5.5 miles to paved Highway 85 at Four Corners.
