To access the property from Newcastle head east on Highway 16 for 1.9 miles then north on Salt Creek Road for 1.6 miles, then right on the Beaver Creek Cut-Across Road which runs into Beaver Creek Road, travel another 12.3 miles to the south side of the property. To access the property from Four Corners, turn east from Highway 85 onto Mallo Road for 2.2 miles, then south on Beaver Creek Road for 5.7 miles to the north side of the property. Beaver Creek Road, which is a county-maintained gravel road runs the full length of the west side of the property.
