The nearest National Forest access is about a 15-minute drive south of the property. Fishing access at Sand Creek is about 6.5 miles via the back roads.
Access and Location: The property is in a good northern Black Hills location between Spearfish, South Dakota and Sundance, Wyoming right off of Interstate 90. From Spearfish travel west on I-90 to Exit #2 (theFish Hatchery Exit) and the property is the first place south of the exit on Red Hill Road. Paved road access right to the entrance of the property, then a gravel road leads up the hill to the buildings.
