The notable landmarks of Devils Tower and the Missouri Buttes are visible on the western horizon. A steep hill transcends into a deep gorge on the north face of the property. The middle portion of the land consists of tablelands that are covered with ponderosa pine timber, bur oak trees and quaking aspen. Other areas are characterized by pretty mountain meadows, and rugged hillsides. The elevation is in the range of 5,100 to 5,350 feet above sea level.

A thick underbrush of oak and other native bushes offer ample protection and browse for wildlife. Hiking, hunting, camping, snowmobiling, mountain biking are available right from the property or venture onto the adjoining public lands.

Access and Location: This is a very isolated location in the Bear Lodge Mountains of northeastern Wyoming. It is in the high country, at the end of the trail on a locked gate access road that is shared with several neighboring properties. The property is about 11.5 miles from Highway 24 via Lylte Creek County Road for just over 7 miles then about 4 miles on a private access road.
