Access from Highway 24 is via Lytle Creek Road (county-maintained gravel road) for just over 7 miles, followed by a private gravel road for about 4 miles to the property’s southern boundary. The private road is gated and shared with neighboring landowners; no formal maintenance agreement is in place.
