Water & Utilities: A well was drilled on the property in 2006 and is reported to be 185' deep. The well hasn't been used in a number of years. The new owner can file with the State for beneficial use and make the well operational. Electricity has been run to the property and will need to be reactivated by the new owner. A previous owner may have installed a septic system on the property, but no information is available.

Access: The property is about 3.5 miles from Highway 91. The Landowner Corporation has a semi-annual road grading provision on the major subdivision roads with the annual Landowner fee currently set at $400 per lot.
