The western boundary fronts Dewey County Road for roughly one-half mile and includes rolling pastures and farm ground. Two Track Trail begins at the entrance and runs through the property, with the home located 0.7 miles east of Dewey Road. Two Track Trail is a private access road which crosses the property and is shared with neighboring lands; no maintenance agreement exists on this private road.
