Access & Location: The property is easily accessed from Newell by traveling one mile west of Newell on Orman Road, which will bring you to the south side of the property. Orman Road is paved and adjoins the southern boundary of the property for one-half mile. Dillinger Road runs along the west side of the land and Experimental Farm Road is along the east side.
Nearby area cattle auction markets are located at Belle Fourche and St. Onge. The Newell Sheep Yards are located on the south side of Newell.
