Access & Location: The property is about 7/10 of a mile from Highway 85 via Roscoes Run, which is an Easement through State Land, then a short portion of a private road to the home. The private road continues on through the property for access to other neighboring properties. Road maintenance and snow removal have historically been shared with neighbors by verbal agreement. 

To access the property from Newcastle, take Highway 85 north for 2.5 miles, then turn right on Roscoes Run, then travel 7/10th of a mile to the buildings.
