The closest point for trail access is 5 miles southwest at the Sundance Camp Ground & Trailhead, where hiking and horseback riding trails lead into the into the Black Hills National Forest. Other National Forest access sites by vehicle are about a 15-minute drive north of the property. This is an excellent location from which to enjoy the beauty and recreational amenities of the entire Black Hills region.

Location & Access: The property is conveniently located 7 miles northeast of Sundance. From Sundance take Government Valley Road #123 north 6.7 miles, turn right onto Redwing Lane and proceed 3/10th of a mile east to the property. Redwing Lane, which is a private gravel road shared with neighboring tracts, leads into the west side of the property where the road dead ends at the property entrance. The covenants provide a mechanism for future shared road maintenance with neighboring tracts.
