Location & Access:  Conveniently located 15 miles west of Sundance via Highway 14, the property has easy highway access. The main approach, at the junction of Highway 14 and Sunny Divide Road, leads into the northeast side. Sunny Divide Road, which runs along the north boundary, is a private access road shared with several neighboring properties and there isn’t a road maintenance agreement in place. Another paved highway approach goes directly into the fields. A sixty-foot wide easement will be reserved on the existing road for access to other lands being retained by the Seller.
