The main approach, at the junction of Highway 14 and Sunny Divide Road, leads into the northeast side. Sunny Divide Road, which runs along the north boundary, is a private access road shared with several neighboring properties and there isn’t a road maintenance agreement in place. Another paved highway approach goes directly into the fields. A sixty-foot wide easement will be reserved on the existing road for access to other lands being retained by the Seller.
