Directions: To access the property from the east side of Newcastle, take Highway 85 south for 3.2 miles, turn left on Old Highway 85 and continue for 0.4 miles, then veer right staying on Old Highway 85 and travel south 8 miles to Wildwood Road. Turn left onto Wildwood Road, cross the railroad tracks, stay to the right, and continue 1 mile to the property. Tract 7 will be on the left side of Wildwood Road. Wildwood Road runs along the westerly side of the property.
Road Maintenance: Tract Owners in Wildwood Acres are responsible for maintenance of Wildwood Road. A Road Maintenance Agreement allows Tract Owners to vote on future road maintenance. No snow removal is provided.
